After conquering Geonor in Act One of Path of Exile 2, you’re ready to head into Act Two. This chapter introduces a sun-soaked desert teeming with new, challenging foes and bosses waiting for you. Just like in the first act, there are plenty of optional bosses to seek out and battle.
In this guide, we will explore all the optional bosses available in Act Two of Path of Exile 2. We’ll cover their locations and the unique items you can obtain from defeating them for the first time.
Optional Bosses in Act Two
Below is a list of every optional boss you can encounter in Act Two. While there aren’t as many as in Act One, each one presents its own set of challenges, so make sure you’re prepared!
In Act Two, you can attempt the Trial of Sekhemas to ascend. Although this part is technically optional, most players opt to complete it. This area features its own bosses; however, we haven’t included them in our main list. One notable boss here is Rattlecage, the final challenge of your first trial.
