When starting a new game, you might often wonder, “How long is this going to take?” With our hectic schedules, this is a fair question, especially when diving into a lengthy RPG.
Fantasian Neo Dimension was initially designed for mobile platforms, yet it packs plenty of content, competing well with modern RPGs. You can complete the game in a reasonably manageable timeframe, but expect to invest a good amount of hours.
How Long Does It Take to Complete the Main Story?
Fantasian is divided into two acts. The first act is quite linear and doesn’t offer much in the way of exploration, while the second act gives you the freedom to roam and tackle quests in any order. This difference means the time required for each act varies significantly.
Completing the more linear Act 1 will take you about 20-25 hours. There aren’t many optional extras, so most players will likely finish around the same time.
Act 2, with its added freedom, requires much more time. Just to progress through the story, you should expect to spend at least another 30-35 hours. Overall, you’ll likely spend about 50-60 hours if you focus mainly on the main story.
How Long Does It Take to Achieve 100% Completion?
If you want to experience everything Fantasian has to offer, expect a significantly longer playtime. For Act 1, it remains around 25 hours, while Act 2 is packed with collectibles, side quests, and character development opportunities.
To explore all of Act 2 content, you’ll need about 60 hours, bringing your overall playtime to roughly 85 hours. Additionally, some new content becomes available after completing the Cinderella Tri-Stars questline, potentially adding a few more hours. Plus, new gameplay elements are introduced in New Game Plus mode.
In total, finishing everything in the game can take you close to 100 hours. It’s a significant commitment, but offers a rich experience filled with adventure.
