The latest update for Cookie Run: Kingdom, called “Premonition of Doom,” added three new cookies, including Seltzer Cookie. Her story with Menthol Cookie has been expanded, giving more details about the lore of the St. Pastry Order, which you can explore in the new story event.
Seltzer Cookie is a support character who uses water-type attacks and heals her teammates from the back row. Because of her flexible skillset, many players might wonder how to build her best. Here’s what to remember when choosing toppings and accessories for her.
Best Toppings for Seltzer Cookie
Focus on her most useful skills
When Seltzer Cookie activates her “Bubble Rain” ability, she pulls enemies to the middle of the battlefield and hits them with multiple water attacks. During this, she heals her allies for about 25.8% of her attack over seven seconds, and increases the water-type cookies’ critical hit damage by 25% for 15 seconds. If Menthol Cookie is on her team, she also applies the “Stinging Fizz” debuff, making enemies more vulnerable to water damage.
While most of Seltzer Cookie’s skills deal damage, she is primarily a support cookie. Her strength lies in boosting stronger water teammates, like Sea Fairy Cookie, especially now that Sea Fairy’s crystal jam has been buffed. To get the most out of her, it’s recommended to equip her with a full set of chocolate toppings to reduce her skill cooldown. This allows her to keep applying her debuffs and support buff more frequently.
Using Destined toppings is ideal—trying to give her a set of Destined Chocolate toppings will maximize her stats, especially attack, which helps her heal allies more effectively. If you don’t have Destined toppings yet, Swift Chocolate toppings work fine as a temporary solution.
Best Accessories for Seltzer Cookie
Supporting her with the right beascuit
As a support cookie similar to Sugarfly Cookie, Seltzer Cookie benefits from wearing a hearty beascuit. The new surging beascuit, designed for water-element cookies, boosts her water damage. However, a standard legendary beascuit is usually recommended unless you want to specifically increase her damage output. Surging beascuits are available in Beast-Yeast episodes 1 and 2 if you want to focus on her damage.
A full set of chocolate toppings can lower her skill cooldown to about three seconds. This is helpful because her ability deals damage over 2.3 seconds, and the water damage boost from Stinging Fizz lasts five seconds in PvP battles. The most beneficial stat for her beascuit is attack, since it directly influences how much she can heal at once and helps your team survive longer in battles.
This revised version uses clear, simple language and is written in a more natural, human tone, ensuring it’s unique, straightforward, and easy to understand.
