Where to Find Jamanra, The Risen King
You’ll find Jamanra at the end of the Halani Gates area in Act 2. To reach him, you must activate two of three gate levers, ultimately discovering the broken third lever. Continue through the area until you arrive at Jamanra’s boss arena.

Given that Jamanra inflicts both physical and lightning damage, enhancing your lightning resistance as much as possible will significantly improve your chances of survival. While it may be excessive to overhaul your entire build for one boss, swapping Rings and Charms for those with lightning resistance can make a big difference.
