Bollywood star Deepika Padukone made a surprise public appearance at Diljit Dosanjh’s concert in Bengaluru, marking her first outing since the birth of her daughter, Dua. The concert, titled Dil-Luminati, took place at NICE Grounds in Madavara.
Padukone drew significant attention as she joined Dosanjh on stage. The popular actor-singer expressed his admiration for her work in Bollywood and her entrepreneurial successes, saying, “I’ve always respected her contributions to cinema and never thought I would see her this closely. She has established a remarkable reputation, and we all take pride in her achievements.” He expressed gratitude for her attending the event, adding, “Your presence means a lot to us. Thank you so much.”
During a special moment at the concert, Padukone joined Dosanjh on stage as he performed his song Lover, delighting the audience and marking her warm return to the public scene.
Padukone and her husband, actor Ranveer Singh, welcomed their baby girl in September. They had announced their pregnancy earlier this year, and the couple celebrated six years of marriage this past November, following their fairy-tale wedding in Lake Como in 2018.
Meanwhile, Dosanjh continues his popular Dil-Luminati Tour, which has been a hit in cities like Indore, Chandigarh, and Mumbai. The tour is set to conclude with a performance in Guwahati on December 29.
